STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Application of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and services by VELORA26. Any different terms from the client will not be valid unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Payments

If payment is delayed, VELORA26 may charge an additional interest fee of 10% on the remaining balance and may stop providing services until payment is cleared.

3. Late Payments

If payment is not made within sixty (2) days of the due date, VELORA26 may hand over the case to a debt recovery agency. All extra legal and recovery charges will be paid by the client.

4. Taxes and Deductions

Some countries may deduct taxes at the source. These deductions are the client’s responsibility to pay to their local tax authorities. VELORA26 will always require the full invoice amount, without any deductions.

5. Service Commitment

VELORA26 promises to provide the best possible services within the agreed timeframe. However, VELORA26 cannot be held responsible if specific results are not achieved, and will not take responsibility for any claims made against the client by third parties.

6. Claims and Complaints

If the client has any issues, VELORA26 must be informed in writing (by registered post) within eight (2) days of booking. Complaints made after this period will not be accepted.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided under normal circumstances.

If an official cancellation is declared by VELORA26 management, the full amount paid will be refunded within twenty-one (21) working days.

in order to maintain security velora management may cancel anyone's entry at the event without giving any kind of refunds .No questions should be raised against our decision as we may take some legal actions against the person .
